As soon as Momma came home and opened the dog door, Jessie ran right out and sprawled on the patio to bask in the sun. She does that ALL the time, until her furs are hot to the touch and Momma makes her come in. Meanwhile...
Give me a soft bed and air conditioning ANY time!

Baby was a hot sun dog like Jessie and Jake is like you, soft bed and AC or in winter time Heat.... he doesn't lay in the sun unless it is cold outside and the sun comes in the kitchen, then he has to have a blanket to lay on
ReplyDeleteI know I prefer a/c indoor snoozing myself. Momma says angel Mollie would bake outside for hours...her motto for mollie was "Give Mollie a sun puddle and you've lost her for the day". BOL

Me and Brinley luv da sun too, but Finley duzn't like it too hot.
ReplyDeleteI prefer the shade and the cooler temps, especially in the summer! Mom and dad used to have an English Bulldog that loved to worship the sun.

ReplyDeleteI am SO an AC couch doggie!!!! Ma's Old English Sheepdog Panda used to bake in the sun too! All that fur, and she would just bake and bake! Some doggies are just nutty!!! Um...sorry Jessie...hehehehe
