How I Saved Momma's Life!

A Heroic Tale by Jessie!

So this morning, we took our morning walk pretty late because Momma was lazy aliens kept hitting the snooze button telekinetically. Usually when we walk, it's still dark and there's not many people around. But this morning it was bright and there were lots of walkers and cars.

Before long, I became aware of a VERY suspicious character. He was walking right behind us a few feet, cleverly disguised as a teenage boy. But I KNEW! He was really an alien in disguise, out to kidnap Momma and take her away to their planet so she could give THEM treats and bellyrubs and take them on walks. That FIEND!!

So I made sure to let him know that I was WATCHING and I wasn't about to let him kidnap MY momma. Furst I just kept looking back at him suspiciously. But then when we made the turn to head back home, I made sure to growl and lunge at him. "STAY AWAY FROM MY MOMMA, YOU EVIL ALIEN!!!!!!"

And sure enough, it WORKED!! Right there at the turn to our house or the high school, he turned AWAY from us an in search of easier prey!!

No thanks are needed, Momma. It's enough knowing I saved you. But... uh... a few treats wouldn't really go amiss.

P.S. Our babygate doesn't have a door. The cats just jump over it. A door sounds really cool though!
