Go home, weather, you're drunk!

Here in Texas, we're used to some pretty kerazy weather. But Momma says this winter has been nuts even for Texas. This is us this weekend:

SNOW!! Not much for most of you guys, but for Texas, it was a LOT! It was also in the low 20s, which is pawsitively frigid for us. We spent the whole weekend bundled up.

Now the rest of the week, it's supposed to be in the upper 60s and even 70s!! It's bizarre, furiends. I think Mother Nature has been drinking a little too much of that leftover New Year's champagne!

  2. OMCs do I hear you and agree. We had sleet that started on Friday night through noon Saturday then snow and according to the weather geeks when the horrid frigid weather ends tomorrow we have had 82 hours of below freezing temps day and night and some times single digits at night.
WE Southern bells are not used to this right?

  6. Yes, we have a roller coaster week here this week. Cold today, warming up, with rain, then another big chile and maybe some "mixed" precipitation. The grandson Jaden in Keller must have been thrilled with even that little bit of snow. He spent most of his young life in southern California with no snow. And whenever he comes to visit, we don't have snow either.

  9. We had temps in the upper 50's over Christmas then it was down in single digits for 10 days. I didn't want to go out very much. But I don't have a fabulous coat like you do, eithre.
