Hey folks, Jessie here! What do you think of my pretty new jacket? I'm trying out the latest winter fashions because Momma just told me something super duper exciting -- I'm going to SCHOOL!! OMD, I just can't wait! Casey told me all about his classes back when he was a young 'un like me. He learned to SIT and STAY and LIE DOWN. Plus other weird words like "come" and "heel" and "quiet". Wow. I have SO much to learn. I already have SIT down pawfectly, if I do say so myself, but all those other things to learn!! I have my very furst class on Saturday, and I want to make a grreat impression on the teacher!
Momma says I can make the best impression by NOT barking like a lunatic at all the other dogs in the store when we go for class. I don't know about that. I don't want to be RUDE by not saying hello to all of them!! But we're going to practice a few times this week just going and walking around. I can't wait to learn EVERYTHING just like my big brother did. Wish me luck!!

ReplyDeleteMom told me when my sis started school every year on the first day she was always worried about who she could eat lunch with...evidently it was not cool in the 1980's to eat alone. MOL MOL

You do look cute, Jessie. I hope you like School. Unfortunately, I have had to put my Service Dog Training on hold till my Valley Fever gets better. It has been a long time (since beginning of June) since I had any classes -- I still remember my basics. We work outside in the parking lot, so cannot do training in the Summer and I have had the sickies since we were sposed to start again!!
