Evil aliens and unappreciative mommas

I don't understand it. I'm supposed to be a guard dog, right? I protect my momma from all the evils out there, and she rewards me with treats. That's how it's SUPPOSED to work. So how come when I protect her from the evil alien trying to smother her while she sleeps, she gets all upset?!

I don't trust that "Memory Foam" stuff. Obviously it's aliens posing as innocuous pillows and dog beds but secretly plotting to absorb Momma into them while she sleeps. I never touch the REGULAR pillows or dog beds, but I've shredded two of the evil alien pillows AND two evil alien dog beds. It's hard work, but I don't mind.

But sheesh, Momma, a treat wouldn't go amiss, you know??

  1. after all we like the idea to eat some memory stuff... you will always remember where your bed is and when you have lunchtime... we give you 8 paws and two wild wagging tails for the memory confetti... maybe it has the name because you can train your memory when you try to put the parts together?

  3. OH MY!!!! we once left Baby in a kennel, the only time we did that. When we picked her up, they young man handed us a plastic bag full of foam that looks just like your evil alien. He smiled and said And Here is her BED....

  4. That memory foam could be designed to steal all your Mama's memories...until one day she forgets everything! Never trust the stuff!

  5. OH, we are going to have to figure out how to get to those beds upstairs and see if we have any aliens on the humans' beds. We don't want any of those crazies in our house.

Interestingly enough, our cousin Ruby, the pretty golden retriever we show you on our blog, destroyed two cushions from her family room's fireside chairs. Not one, but TWO - and guess what, they were filled with foam too. We aren't sure if it had a memory, but she didn't want that alien foam in her house.
