It didn't take her long to settle in with us.
Unfortunately Joelle is a little selective about other doggies, so she spent most of her time with us hanging out in her hotel suite. But we still kept her company!
Doesn't she have the sweetest face? I wish we could've played some! She's teeny tiny. Part of that is needing to put on some weight, of course, but she's about Jessie's size otherwise.
Eventually we all settled in for some good quality sleep before the skeery boomers started up.
Joelle was already home by the time the boomers started, so it was up to us to pawtect Momma. But don't worry, we didn't let anything get her!

ReplyDeleteJoelle is adorable. OMCs I have a hotel suite exactly like that and the same size. Mom bought it as a safe place for me during the demo and reno of our house. Currently I'm doing okey dokey sequestered in the blog office with mom.
ReplyDeleteDumb neighbors set off fireworks Sunday and Monday night here. I sat on the 4th step to the stairs which is where I sit during t storms

She looks like a VERY sweet girl!!! It was nice of you and Jessie to host her for the weekend. Oh. And your mom, too.
ReplyDeleteWe did really early morning walks, then stayed inside as much as possible - with quick trips to the yard to go potty. It was SUPER noisy all weekend. We do OK with it but want to be inside. Mom said she does, too. Ha roo roo roo!
Oh! And I got a box this weekend! I'll be mailing in an entry soon for your Boxing competition!

People in this town set off Boomers the 1-5th of July. Cant they just stick to 1 day. How come every night some neighbor has to be a jerk?
