Dog of the Day: Miss Piggy!

I have a wonderful Dog of the Day for all of you pawsome folks today. She's so amazing, she has to have two names! Her LBR name is Miss Piggy, but her foster momma likes to call her Peggy Sue.

Peggy Sue is a 5-year-old fawn girl with lots of love to give! She loves to go on walks and snuggle on the couch to walk TV. She has a Boston terrorist -- er, terrier for a foster brother, and they get along just grreat! See how cute they snuggle?

Peggy Sue's a smart one, too! She knows how to sit and shake with both paws. (I'm just left-pawed. If Momma tries to make me give her my right paw, I look at her like she's crazy.) And she's house-broken and crate-trained too! She's a fast learner and picks up new stuff all the time.

How can you see this pretty face and not start singing "Peggy Sue, I love you!"? If you think she's the dog for you, go check out "Miss Piggy" on LBR's webpage today!

  1. Her necklace is so pretty in that first pic!

Don't worry, he was scratching me the whole time he had his head on my tummy. I would never allow free snuggles.

  3. Too sweet. And you've got to figure she's a well behaved girl considering who's house she stays at.
