Having it ruff

Jessie and I have had a ruff couple of days. Momma had to go away to talk at some boring conference, so we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house. BUT Momma was only talking one day, and we were there for AGES! Momma said that we were staying the whole week because some lady called a reel-tour was going to be taking pictures of our house and showing it to people. Um, hello?? It's a well-known fact that boxers increase the re-sale value of any house! Ugh. So while they were stupid and banished us, Jessie and I were SUFFERING at Grandma's.

Finally, on Friday Momma came to join us, and all was right with the world! I didn't want to let go of her, because who know where she might have disappeared to next!

Finally, on Sunday we got to come home. What's that saying -- "There's no place like your own dog bed?"

Momma said that we don't have to do the showing things anymore, so I guess that's good. Now we just need to snoopervise her packing so she doesn't leave anything impawtant behind!

  2. I so agree... you could show the people your backyard and the hiding places... and the trees if they are in need...

Well, am guessing the 'no need to show' again means things went well? Onwards and forwards now dear pupsters and, as Princess leah suggests, good packing snoopervision! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  4. You two Boxers and Pigeon are very very brave and I 100% agree seeing that your home is well loved and has been protected by Boxers and a kitty would up the resale value to at least 87 million.
    Good luck with the packing

    1. Momma says we have to have something called an inspection furst -- not us, the house! But then it should be good! She's very happy.

  8. No more showings is GOOD News. Pretty soon you will be in your NEW house! Mom remembers when she sold her big home, she and Barkley slept on a friends futon every weekend for almost a year. It took FUREVER to sell.

    1. Momma says it's a "hot market" down here right now, and we live in the neighborhood everyone wants for the schools. And the boxers, obviously, but that won't help the people moving into OUR house because we'll be gone!

  16. It does look painful at Grandma's . . .and you probably had too many treats to add to your suffering . . .

  17. Oh gosh you poor things - I know just how you feel!
When my paw-ents went away a few months ago my Aunty Anna looked after me..
And although she stuffed me chock-a-block with treats, took me for great adventures and gave me lots of snuggles, I really just wanted my mum and dad home.
    Why do they leave us?!
Lots of licks, your good friend Morrie :)
