This and that

 Good morning, furiends! I hope you all enjoyed celebrating PINK Day yesterday with Angel Cinderella. Yesterday evening Momma went to pick Jessie (LBR foster Jessalyn) up from the vet after her heartworm treatment. Poor Jessie isn't feeling very well at ALL. She says Momma won't have to worry about keeping her calm, she doesn't feel like doing ANYTHING for a while!


Momma says this part will only last a few days at most and then Jessie will be trying to get out of her crate every chance she gets, so we should appreciate this while it lasts. I just hope Jessie feels better! We're starting our 30-day countdown until she can play again!


Momma also got the sweetest delivery yesterday, flowers from some of our LBR friends. Some of the roses were purple. Have you ever seen purple roses?! It was pawesome. And we loves the vase.


Momma got a little leaky, but she said it was in the good way.


Finally, don't furget!! If you'd like to pawticipate in the BULL RIDING event for the Blogville Rodeo, I need your picture by July 1st! That's next week!     WE are sending our best get well soon wishes to sweet Jessie. We NOSE she is one tough girl. We are asking our boys for some advice on the upcoming rodeo.

    Sweet little Jessie.....bless her heart we are so sorry she has to go through this 'because of her previous stooopid owners' but at least she is on the mend and with the most loving family.
    The roses are gorgeous we have never seen any that color

    Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Jessie we are SOOOOOO sorry that you are feeling all sickie and stuffs from the STRONG medicines that will KILL those HEART WORMS.... better to have a couple DOWN DAYS... than have the Worms in your heart... these few days will pass by quickly then.... OH THEN... you will be able to RUN and RIP with... (hint HINT) YOUR NEW BROTHER CASEY....

    Jessie I'm so sorry you're feeling so lousy BUTT if you can just sleep and rest, the time will go by fast. Mommy knows just what you're going through because a long time ago we had two rescues who also had to go through treatment for wormies in the heart. They got through it and both of them lived very long happy lives.

    Beautiful roses!!! We are so sorry to hear that Jessie doesn't feel good, but in the long run, it will be so worth it. Hang in there, Jessie Girl - we are all pulling for you to feel better and for these 30 days to fly by.

    Poor Jessie girl, that mean old medicine makes her feel bad, but it will kill those nasty heart worms and then look out.. she will be back. she still looks beautiful even feeling sick. nope, never seen purple roses
