Foster Friday: Meet the princess!

Hi there, folks! It's Friday, and you know what that means! I get to tell you all about one of the totally PAWSOME foster dogs available for adoption from Legacy Boxer Rescue! Today's selection was influenced by my sissy Cinderella. She said that she wanted me to talk about one of her fellow princesses today. So who else could I choose but the luverly Snow White?

"I's just a princess looking for my happily ever after!"

Momma had really wanted to have white foster of her own someday that she'd name Snow White, since we do Disney names for our fosters, but we figure this Snow is a pretty darned good representative of the name!  Snow is an absolutely beeYOUtiful white boxer gal. She's about 1 or 2 years old, so she has lots of boxer energy and pep! And, of course, she loves other dogs... as a chair!

BOL! She is definitely the princess of her house, but she loves her foster brudder and sissy. She doesn't get along with every dog, so she needs a good introduction to see if it's going to be a friend or not. But she loves every little kid she meets! She lives with kiddos aged 8 and 5, and she's very good with them.

"I wish I may, I wish I might, find my furever home tonight!"

Snow is also super-smart! She's deaf like my buddy Pink, but she's learned all sorts of sign language commands, like sit, stay, go out, and come. She's trained her peeps up right! She trained them real quick with just how she likes to cuddle and give hugs. She loves to sit in laps and get hugs from her foster daddy, but when she can't do that she likes to play in the backyard like the happy boxer pup she is!

Snow would love to show you what a perfect princess she is! If you're interested in learning more about her, just go check out her bio page today. She just can't wait to meet her Prince Charming!

  1. I'd love a white Boxer one day as well. A hearing impairment wouldn't scare me at all. After all, most Boxers have selective hearing anyway!!

  9. KLEENEX ALERT.... Today we talked to a man who wanted to pet us at the Pumpkin Show... he told us about MANY YEARS AGO... when he was in High School... he and his parents had "FIVE of the most BEAUTIFUL BOXERS in the ENTIRE WORLD. I used to walk all 5 at once and the SURROUNDED ME with LOVE." Then he started to CRY... and said that was over 50 years and that he STILL loves them. Isn't that the sweetest story?????? I couldn't WAIT to share it with you. Boxers touched his heart... for LIFE.
